The brief

ID Integrated Security (iDiS), a domestic, business and public sector security company, knew they needed to invest in marketing but had no idea where their investment was best placed. The brief was to analyse the iDiS business, market and offering in order to create a marketing strategy that would deliver first class customer service and swift results.

The solution

Following the Vision 29 discover, vision, plan, implement and stop check methodology, we were able to identify exactly where iDiS needed to focus their efforts. Customer service is the no. 1 deliverable for iDiS and so we focused initially on creating customer personas and mapping the customer journey; ensuring that at each customer touch point the business is set up the engage and fulfill its client’s needs. Working closely with website design and SEO partners, we launched a brand new website and implemented a clear SEO strategy to improve online presence. With those essentials in place, we then turned our attentions to on-going customer engagement, lead generation, and internal communications.
